Where's my order?
Orders are usually hand-packed and sent within 3 to 5 working days, and we email your Royal Mail tracking number as soon as it's on its way. Not had it after 5 working days? Email orders@mrswainstons.com with your full name and order number.
Can I request a sweet?
Of course – we love hearing about the sweets you miss. Lots of sweets have been discontinued, but we will always look for a close alternative. Use the form above to let us know.
Do you cater for allergies and dietary needs?
Yes. Every jar in the shop is labelled for allergens and dietary requirements, and we have sugar free, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free and halal choices. See our allergen notice.
