Click and Collect
Due to our recent appearance on BBC's Dragons Den, we have suspended Click and Collect orders. This is because of the demand on our shop and online operations.
We will resume Click and Collect orders in the near future.
Courier Delivery
We deliver throughout the UK and Ireland with our Courier Partner Royal Mail.
Our current processing times are 3 to 5 working days. As soon as your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your tracking number.
Once your order has been prepared and packaged, you will receive your shipping notification and tracking number.
Royal Mail or Mr Swainstons will email or text with your estimated arrival time for delivery to your chosen address.

If you have not received your tracking number, 5 working days after placing your order, please email us at orders@mrswainstons.com providing us with your full name & order number, missing this information will cause delays in a response as we are unable to assist you without these.
International Delivery
Due to overwhelming demand for our products, we have made the unfortunate decision to suspend all international orders, however this will be temporary and we aim to ship internationally again very soon.
