Click & Collect orders
Click and Collect is available from our Fowler Street store during opening hours. Please select Click and Collect during checkout and choose your date and time window.
Click and Collect orders placed during TikTok Live sessions will not be packed on our live video. These orders will be prepared and ready for your chosen collection slot.
Order Processing Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within a quick time frame, however, due to busy seasonable periods and also times of high order quantities, sometimes orders can take 3-5 days to process and dispatch. Once you receive your order confirmation, you can use your tracking number to see the current status of your order.
EVRI Courier Delivery
Evri will email or text with your estimated 1 hour arrival time for delivery to your chosen address. You can also change your delivery preferences within the Evri App when tracking info is received.

Delivery and Collection Times
Please be advised that during busy periods and seasonal times of the year, order processing times can take 1-3 working days. We aim to pass your order to our courier as soon as possible. If this time frame has passed, and you have not received tracking information, please contact us.
International Orders
We are proud to partner with FedEx for International Delivery of our products. We are currently shipping to a small number of countries, with a view to adding more soon.
If you would like to order, and your country is not showing on our list, please email us at enquiries@mrswainstons.com and we will look to add your country.
Shipping cost for international orders is dependant on weight. We can ship a maximum of 5kg. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Mr Swainstons does not profit from shipping costs and the price paid is to cover the packaging, courier partner and customs fees.
PLEASE NOTE: You may be liable for import fees by your country. If this applies, our partner will contact you for payment of these fees. We cannot reimburse or refund orders due to these fees, so please be mindful of this when ordering.
Returns
As the items that we sell are perishable we do not accept returns. If your order is delivered to you damaged, please contact us immediately in writing by emailing orders@mrswainstons.com along with photographic evidence. If your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, we will only offer you a refund for damaged items if you have signed for the parcel as damaged upon receipt.
